Ministry in Michigan
About this field
Life in Messiah’s work in Michigan centers on building genuine relationships between Jewish people and followers of Jesus in both public and personal spaces through innovative methods. Ministry takes place around the table through Shabbat meals and in the community through art exhibitions, open conversations in parks, and thoughtfully designed university outreaches. We also host mixed-faith gatherings where believers and Jewish friends can meet naturally and explore questions of faith together.
The ministry in Michigan focuses on both direct and indirect evangelism – creating opportunities and congenial venues that invite dialogue, while also developing more personal and intentional relationships, leading to trust and to one-to-one study and discipleship.
