Step 1 – Is LIFE a good fit for me?

Preliminary Questionnaire – Online form (If you haven’t already filled it out. Note: there are helpful resources on this page when considering a ministry to serve with).
Introductory Conversation – With a member of the Personnel Team.
Signed Forms – Please review our Articles of Belief and Policy Forms carefully. When you're ready, please sign and return this page to twooldridge@lifeinmessiah.org. If you have questions or would like to discuss further, please reach by email.

Step 2 – Am I a good fit for LIFE?

Personal Experience Conversation – Schedule a time to discuss your personal giftings, experiences, and training.
Personal Doctrinal Statement – Create your own personal statement of faith, expressing your beliefs in your own words. Online Form or Word Doc for download
Reference Checks – We’ll speak with your references to hear more about your character from others who know you well.

Bible Knowledge Assessment – PDF Test & Blank Answer Sheet

Jewish Studies Assessment – Online Test (Part 1 & 2) OR

Step 4 – What do others say?

Personal Mission Statement – Meet with a member of the Personnel Team and gain feedback from those close to you to help formulate your Personal Mission Statement.
In-Person Visit – A member of the Personnel Team will schedule an in-person visit with you.
Readiness Assessments – Meet with our approved counselor after completing various assessments that help determine your readiness for on-field ministry.
