Life in Messiah Update

AMF International and Immanuel Ministries International/Message to Israel are now partnering in ministry as “Life in Messiah International.”

The ministries have merged for all operational and administrative purposes, led by Executive Director Wes Taber. As of January 2009 all operational functions that took place in the Brooklyn headquarters of Immanuel Ministries International/Message to Israel, have been moved to the Lansing, Illinois office (home of AMF International), just south of Chicago. The Brooklyn facilities are being developed as an outreach and training center for the united ministries, reaching the world's largest Jewish population outside of Israel.

Why a new name?
Setting the stage for the merger seemed like a perfect time to give a fresh name to the combined ministries that together represent over 200 years of kingdom service. It's our new name as we become one ministry family.  "Life in Messiah" fits us. It's what we are about - pointing Jewish friends and others to the free, full, forever life available through a relationship with Messiah Jesus. It's who we are - followers of Yeshua who have found abundant life as well as our promise of eternal life in Him.

To be good stewards, we have kept the legal names, but we are now doing business as "Life in Messiah."

"Is the ministry changing?" 
Our solid foundation of integrity and commitment to God and His Word are unchanged. Pointing Jewish people around the world to Messiah Jesus remains our focus. But we are growing and changing at a rapid pace - new staff, new opportunities, new relationships. God has clearly been at work as these ministries have united. We hope our new name resonates with you, and that you'll join with us in doing together what we cannot do alone.
