SCRIPTURE REFERENCE SUMMARY NT FULFILLMENT
Genesis 3:15 One from the ranks of the seed of the woman will crush the head of the Serpent.  
Genesis 9:26f. God (translation debatable) to come and dwell in the tents of Shem.  
Genesis 12:3; 18:18; 22:18; 26:4; 28:14 All the nations of the earth to be blessed through the seed of Abram, Isaac and Jacob. Galatians 3:8, 16 (12:3)
Genesis 49:10ff. Leadership among the tribes will not depart from Judah until Shiloh (translation debatable) comes and to Him shall be the obedience of the peoples.  
Numbers 24:16-24 In the distant future a powerful Ruler would arise in Israel who would crush the enemies of God’s people.  
1 Samuel 2:10 God will judge the ends of the earth but He will give strength to His anointed.  
Psalm 89 In spite of all appearance to the contrary, God’s covenant with David is irrevocable. John 7:42 (verse 4)
Psalm 2 In spite of opposition, Christ is installed as King on Zion; He rules to the ends of the earth. Acts 4:25 (verse 1); 13:33; Hebrews 1:5; 5:5 (verse 7)
Psalm 45 Christ is God and He has been anointed by God to sit upon an eternal throne. His people are His lovely bride. Hebrews 1:8f. (vv. 6f.)
Psalm 110 Christ is a priest-king who sits at the right hand of God ruling over all men. Matthew 23:39; 26:64; Mark 12:36; Luke 20:42f.; 22:69; Acts 2:34-35; Hebrews1:13; 10:13 (all of these -- verse 1); 5:6 (verse 4)
Psalm 72 Christ reigns over a universal and righteous kingdom.  
Psalm 68 God wins a great victory, then ascends back on high.  
Joel 2:23 A wonderful Teacher will arise who will usher in an age of great abundance.  
Hosea 3:5 After the exile they will serve the LORD their God and David their king.  
Isaiah 4:2-6 The beautiful and glorious Shoot of the LORD will be the pride of the remnant of Israel.  
Isaiah 9:1-7 A wondrous child from the house of David will bring a day of great light to the region of Galilee. Matthew 4:15f.; Luke 1:79 (verses 1f.)
Isaiah 11:1-16 A shoot from the stem of Jesse will have an abundance of God’s Spirit. He will usher in a righteous and peaceful era. Romans 15:12 (verse 10)
Isaiah 28:16 God is going to lay in Zion a tested stone, a costly cornerstone. Romans 9:33; 10:11; 1 Peter 2:6
Isaiah 30:19-26 The people of God will see their divine Teacher and will enjoy as a result abundant blessing.  
Isaiah 42:1-17 God’s Servant brings forth justice to the nations. He is a covenant to the people and a light to the nations. Matthew 12:18-21 (verses 1-4); Luke 2:32 (verse 6)
Isaiah 49:1-13 The Servant is divinely appointed to teach. His mission: to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to be a light to the Gentiles Acts 13:47 (verse 6); 2 Corinthians 6:2 (verse 8)
Isaiah 52:13-53:12 The Servant is rejected, suffers for the sins of others, dies but then sees His seed. Matthew 8:17 (53:4); Luke 22:37 (53:12); John 12:38 (53:1); Acts 8:32f. (53:7-9); Romans 15:21 (52:15); 1 Peter 2:22 (53:9)
Isaiah 59:20-21 A Redeemer will come to penitent Zion.  
Isaiah 61:1-11 Messiah has been anointed by the Spirit to proclaim good news. Messiah has been anointed by the Spirit to proclaim good news.
Micah 2:12-13 The divine Breaker leads the people of God out of bondage.  
Micah 5:1-5 A glorious Ruler will go forth from Bethlehem to shepherd the people of God and give them victory over enemies. Matthew 2:6
Jeremiah 23:5-6 God will raise up for David a righteous Branch who will act wisely and execute righteousness and justice in the land.  
Jeremiah 30:9, 21 Upon return from exile God’s people will serve David their king who will enjoy priestly prerogatives.  
Jeremiah 31:21-22 God will create a new thing in the land: a woman shall encompass / court a man  
Jeremiah 33:14-26 Promises made to David and Levi are irrevocable  
Ezekiel 17:22-24 A tender twig from the house of David becomes a stately cedar with birds of every kind nesting under it  
Ezekiel 44-48 A Prince in the future age will be accorded honor. Through him sacrifices will be offered to God.  
Daniel 7:13-14 One like a Son of Man goes before the Ancient of Days to receive an everlasting kingdom Matthew 24:30; Mark 13:26; 14:62
Daniel 9:24-27 After 69 heptads (seven years) of years Messiah will appear, be cut off, and sacrifice and oblation will cease.  
Haggai 2:6-9 After the shaking of the nations the Desire of all Nations shall come to fill the Temple with glory. Hebrews 12:26 (verse 6)
Zechariah 3:8-10 My Servant the Shoot is symbolized by Joshua the high priest and by an engraved stone  
Zechariah 6:12-13 A man whose name is Shoot shall build the Temple of the Lord. He will be a priest-king.  
Zechariah 9:9-11 Zion’s king is coming riding upon the colt of a donkey. Matthew 21:5; John 12:15
Zechariah 10:3-4 God will send one who is the cornerstone, the tent peg, the battle bow and who possesses all sovereignty.  
Malachi 3:1 My messenger will clear the way before me and the Lord will suddenly come to his Temple. Matthew 11:10; Mark 1:2; Luke 1:76; 7:27
Malachi 4:2 The Sun of Righteousness will arise with healing in his wings.
