Whatever your purpose in visiting our website (to find an answer to a question, discover more about a 121 year old ministry that perhaps you’ve never heard of, or find a helpful resource), we hope you’ll take time to grasp what we most want to communicate: Life in Messiah!
More than just our name, Life in Messiah sums up our message. The greatest human need is for life. Without physical birth, we don’t exist. But once born onto this planet, we need a purpose; we desire to live a full life. We search for answers about what is ahead, what is forever.
Our privilege at Life in Messiah is to tell others the best-ever news for which the human heart hungers. The God who created the universe and placed mankind on earth loves you incredibly. He not only gave you physical life, He has made it possible for you to have a life full of meaning now – and in the world to come.
God’s greatest demonstration of love was in sending His own Son, Yeshua, to live with us and fulfill the promises of the coming Messiah. (Yeshua is His name in Hebrew. Many know Him as Jesus of Nazareth, but cultures all over the world have pronounced His name in their own languages: Yesous, Isa, Jesu….)
Messiah was promised through the prophets of Israel to come to the world through the Jewish people. You can read about Messiah in the Bible. Here’s what one of Yeshua’s earliest followers and closest friends tells us: “And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life” (1 John 5:11-12).
Messiah Yeshua Himself said, “I have come that they (those who follow Him) may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10).
Whatever else you may discover today, we hope you will not leave this site without investigating, or even receiving, the gift of life in Messiah – life that is free, full, and forever.
